This article will cover how to recreate read-only administrator accounts.
Step 1: Turn on Management Session
Activate a management session by clicking on the management button at the top of your screen:
Wait for the management activation: flagged checkbox.
Now you can expand the Settings section on the left-hand side of your screen and select “My Organization,” then select “Admin Read Only” tab.
Step 2: Recreate all Admins
Click on “Recreate all admins.”
Wait for the Admins Read-only creation. You can view the progress of the task by clicking on the Notification bell icon, next to the Management toggle.
Note: Once you completed this task, to avoid the newly created Admin Accounts block by conditional access policies, please follow the procedure described in the article: How to Configure Allowed IP Addresses for CoreView Service Accounts (MFA Enabled).
Don’t forget to set 'Password never expires' option for our service accounts to avoid blocking of the imports. You can do it directly through our portal using User / Password never expires management action.
