How do I Check and Manage Calendar Permissions for a User?

By following the instructions, you will learn how to check and manage calendar permissions for a user.

To check the Calendar Permission, please follow the steps below:

  • Select the action 'Manage Calendar Permission' under the Management Wizard or select 'Calendar Permission' under the Exchange Reports 
  • Type the UPN of the user you would like to check the permission of  or the User who has access to a calendar and then hit Search
  • As a result of the action, you will see the permission on the main Calendar folder and the related Acess Rights
  • If you don't see any results after the action is completed, no calendar permission are configured for the user. 
  • You can Add, Edit, or Remove a Calendar Permission by clicking on 'Manage'.


Please note that the Manage button will be available only if you execute the Manage Calendar Permission from the Management Action in the wizard. 

You should now be able to check an manage a users calendar settings.
